2. Services Description

Casual Leader provides leadership coaching and consulting services, including a free 5-day leadership challenge, asynchronous coaching, and other related resources (collectively, the "Services").

3. Use of the Site and Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You agree to be respectful and professional in all communications.

Account Responsibility

If any Service requires you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Casual Leader or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

The free 5-Day Challenge materials and any downloadable resources are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

The Services and information on the Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site or Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Our coaching and consulting services are intended to provide guidance and support. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. Your success depends on your own effort, motivation, commitment, and follow-through.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casual Leader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Payments and Refunds (If Applicable)

Details regarding payments for paid services (e.g., Async Coaching) will be outlined in a separate agreement or on the service-specific page. Refund policies, if any, will also be specified therein.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
